I had questions about this pattern and never did hear back from anyone. I emailed on two or three occasions. So customer service is lacking. I wondered about whether the 99x99 would work for an 80x80 and never heard back and my quilt didn't have spikes in one of the areas which is an option but there was no option to just fill that space with quilting - I also emailed regarding this concern and never heard back so I had to change it on my own. So knowing this - I would be hesitant to purchase something like the Jungle Magnolia again.
