Dream Big Dahlia in the Evening [Embroidery Formats]

This pattern is designed for the Hoffman’s digitally printed “Dream Big Panel”. The complete design is 42.5”x 42.5”. The designs fit a hoop 8“ x 12” or larger. You can also use this design for a whole quilt. The designs have been created for a wall hanging. The side that has the printed name on it, is the bottom of the panel. The design is oriented with that in mind.

The compete design is divided up into 60 segments. We have designed the segments 1, 3, 5, 9, 17, 27, 31, 54, 56 and 60 as “background” segments. There are two backgrounds to choose from namely A and B. In addition to the two background options, 9, 11, 26, 27, 51, 54 and 60 segments have additional set of designs.

I have left a “buffer zone” between segments so that there is no matching of points. Fit the design as best as you can in that area. Do not quilt the design to the outer edge of the petal. Leave a gap of about 1/8” between the boundary of the petal and the design. Fig. 02
