To get the grid like in the picture: Repeat the design to make a row. Baseline. Duplicate. Flip the design horizontally. Move it closer to the first row making sure to offset the design. Zoom in to make sure that it is placed correctly, Baseline. Repeat the rows. Pay attention to start and stop points.
